Understanding the Dosage Calculation

The dosage of Metacam is calculated based on the weight of the cat. The general formula used is:

Dosage (mg) = Cat Weight (kg) * 0.5

This means that for every kilogram of the cat's weight, 0.5 milligrams of Metacam is recommended.
