How to Use the Ban Rate Calculator

1. Enter the total number of users in the community in the "Total Users" field.
2. Enter the number of currently banned users in the "Banned Users" field.
3. Click the "Calculate" button to compute the ban rate.
4. The result will be displayed as a percentage in the "Ban Rate Calculation" section.

Understanding the Ban Rate

The ban rate is calculated by dividing the number of banned users by the total number of users and then multiplying by 100 to get a percentage. This percentage helps you understand the proportion of banned users in your community.

A higher ban rate may indicate issues such as spamming, harassment, or other problematic behaviors, while a lower ban rate suggests a healthier community environment.

Example

If your community has 1,000 total users and 50 banned users, the ban rate would be calculated as follows:

Ban Rate = (50 / 1,000) * 100% = 5%

This means that 5% of the users in your community have been banned.
