LabelsPerRollCalculator calculator can be used to calculate the number of labels per roll based on the dimensions of the labels and the roll size.
Learn how to use the LabelsPerRollCalculator calculator and its working principles
The calculator uses the following formula to determine the number of labels per roll:
Number of Labels = (Roll Length / Label Height) * (Roll Width / (Label Width + Gutter Width))
This formula calculates the number of labels that can fit on the roll by dividing the roll length and width by the label dimensions, taking into account the gutter width between labels.
If you have labels that are 5 cm wide and 3 cm high, and a roll that is 10 cm wide and 50 cm long, with a gutter width of 0.1 cm, the total number of labels would be:
Number of Labels = (50 / 3) * (10 / (5 + 0.1)) = 16.6667 * 1.9802 ≈ 33 labels
