How to Use the Calculator

1. Enter the Score in the first input field. This is the performance score.
2. Enter the Weight in the second input field. This is the weightage of the score.
3. Enter the Base Points in the third input field. These are the base points added to the calculation.
4. Click the Calculate button to compute the Index Points.
5. The result will be displayed in the Result field.

Working Principle

The Index Points are calculated using the formula: Index Points = (Score * Weight) + Base Points. This formula helps in normalizing and combining different scores with varying weightages and adding a base value to the final index.

Example

If the Score is 85, Weight is 0.5, and Base Points is 10, the Index Points will be calculated as (85 * 0.5) + 10 = 42.5 + 10 = 52.5.
