Understanding the Results

Total Revenue is simply the number of players multiplied by the entry fee. This represents your gross income from tournament entries.

Markup Percentage shows how much profit you make over your entry fees. A higher percentage indicates better profitability.

Effective Prize Pool is the actual amount of prize money that will be distributed to winners based on your payline percentage.

Structure Types Explained

Stair Format (Top 10% pay): Only the top 10% of players receive prizes. This structure typically yields the highest markup percentage.

Top 50% Format: The top 50% of players receive prizes. This offers a balanced markup between profitability and player satisfaction.

Top 100% Format: All players receive prizes (usually smaller amounts). This structure typically has a 0% markup as all prize money goes to participants.
