Learn how to use the Pallets per truck calculator and its working principles

How to Use the Calculator

  1. Enter the length and width of your truck in meters.
  2. Enter the length and width of your pallets in meters.
  3. Click the "Calculate" button to determine how many pallets can fit on the truck.
  4. The results will show the number of pallets per row, per column, the total number of pallets, and the utilization rate of the truck space.

Understanding the Results

The calculator assumes that pallets are placed in a grid pattern without any gaps. The utilization rate indicates how efficiently the truck space is being used by pallets.

Example

If you have a truck that is 6 meters long and 4 meters wide, and each pallet is 1.2 meters long and 1 meter wide, the calculator will determine that you can fit 5 pallets per row and 4 pallets per column, totaling 20 pallets. The utilization rate will be approximately 83.33%.
