Method 1: Walking Speed & Time

  1. Select the "Walking Speed & Time" calculation method.
  2. Enter your walking speed in km/h (average walking speed is about 4-6 km/h).
  3. Enter the time you walked in minutes.
  4. Click "Calculate" to determine your stride length.

Method 2: Height Ratio

  1. Select the "Height Ratio" calculation method.
  2. Enter your height in centimeters.
  3. Enter your stride to height ratio (typically between 0.88 and 1.05 for adults).
  4. Click "Calculate" to determine your stride length.
