How to use the Stride Length Calculator

Method 1: Walking Speed & Time
- Select the "Walking Speed & Time" calculation method.
- Enter your walking speed in km/h (average walking speed is about 4-6 km/h).
- Enter the time you walked in minutes.
- Click "Calculate" to determine your stride length.
Method 2: Height Ratio
- Select the "Height Ratio" calculation method.
- Enter your height in centimeters.
- Enter your stride to height ratio (typically between 0.88 and 1.05 for adults).
- Click "Calculate" to determine your stride length.
How to use the results
