Understanding the Formula

The completion ratio is calculated using the following formula:

Completion Ratio = (Completed Tasks / Total Tasks) × 100%

This gives you a percentage value that represents how much of the work has been completed relative to the total amount of work.

Example

Suppose you have 15 tasks in total and 9 of them are completed:

• Completed Tasks: 9
• Total Tasks: 15
• Completion Ratio: (9 / 15) × 100% = 60%

This means that 60% of the tasks have been completed.
