Mediation Effect Size Calculator

Overview

The Mediation Effect Size Calculator is used to analyze the indirect effect of a mediator variable in a mediation analysis. This calculator helps in understanding how much of the effect of an independent variable on a dependent variable is mediated through a mediator variable.

Input Parameters

• Total Effect (a): The total effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable.
• Direct Effect (b): The direct effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable through the mediator.
• Mediator Effect (c): The effect of the mediator variable on the dependent variable.

Calculation Formula

The indirect effect (d) is calculated as the product of the total effect (a) and the mediator effect (c):

d = a * c
