Accelerated Age = Current Age + (Smoking Factor * 2) + (Stress Factor * 0.5) + (Alcohol Factor * 0.1) - (Exercise Factor * 0.5)

Smoking Factor: 0 for non-smokers, 1 for occasional smokers, 2 for regular smokers, 3 for heavy smokers
Stress Factor: Multiply the stress level by 0.5
Alcohol Factor: Multiply the number of drinks per week by 0.1
Exercise Factor: Multiply the number of exercise days per week by 0.5

The calculator uses the following formula to estimate accelerated aging:

Accelerated Age = Current Age + (Smoking Factor * 2) + (Stress Factor * 0.5) + (Alcohol Factor * 0.1) - (Exercise Factor * 0.5)

Where:

  • Smoking Factor: Represents the impact of smoking on aging. Heavy smokers have a higher factor.
  • Stress Factor: Represents the impact of stress on aging. Higher stress levels increase the factor.
  • Alcohol Factor: Represents the impact of alcohol consumption on aging. More alcohol consumption increases the factor.
